英文摘要 Since the implementation of the “rural teacher support plan”, good achievements have been made, but there are also some main problems, such as the overall professional quality of rural teachers is not high, the overall quantity is insufficient, the structural contradictions are prominent, the economic treatment is low, the motivation for career development is insufficient, and the incentive effect is not obvious. Therefore, we need to further implement the rural teacher support plan:to fully implement the rural teacher support plan, in terms of understanding, it is necessary to follow Xi Jinping’s thinking on teachers team construction in the new era, take the rural revitalization strategy as the guide, and take the development of high-quality rural education as the direction. In terms of goals, we must be committed to building a high-quality, professional and innovative team of rural teachers. In terms of measures, it is necessary to focus on the problems in the past rural teacher support policies, refine the design of rural teacher support content, support the precise implementation of the process, and support the accurate evaluation of the effect. In terms of the mechanism, we should focus on the weak points of “going down, staying and teaching well”, and innovate supplementary, incentive and development mechanisms for rural teachers.
