中文摘要 本文旨在透過解析柬埔寨幼兒教育現況,探尋並建議我幼兒教育領域之師生及產業界人士,在我國推動教育新南向政策下的可行實務做法。研究發現,現階段柬埔寨幼兒教育仍處於早期發展階段,舉凡在經費奧援、學習環境、師資專業等方面,都有匱乏不足之現象。除了聯合國與非政府組織的援助與柬埔寨本國有限的資源,幼兒教育現場的師生所面對的是教育品質有限的場域。這提供我國幼兒教育領域專才及產業,有發揮貢獻、呼應教育新南向政策之契機。思及柬埔寨幼兒教育實際現況、南進後所面臨的挑戰以及未來可行之途,研究建議,可從幼兒教育環境改善、幼兒教育專業支援,以及幼兒教育產業及人力資源等三方面,尋思協作方式與實際行動的內容。
英文摘要 The purpose of this article is to analyze the current situation of early childhood education in Cambodia, and to explore and advise teachers, students and industry professionals in the field of early childhood education to implement feasible and practical practices under the New Southbound Policy of Taiwan. Studies have found that early childhood education of Cambodia is still in its early stages of development. All aspects of financial aid, learning environment, and teacher professionalism are lacking. In addition to the assistance of the United Nations and nongovernmental organizations and Cambodia’s limited resources, teachers and students in the field of early childhood education face the limited educational quality. This provides our talents and industries in the field of early childhood education an opportunity to make contributions and follow the New Southbound Policy of education. Considering the actual status of early childhood education in Cambodia, going south need face the challenge and exploring way forward. The research recommendations can try to building the content of the actual action based on the improvement of the early childhood education environment, the professional support of early childhood education, and the early childhood education industry and human resources.
