中文摘要 印度自独立以来就开展与非洲的高等教育合作,合作的基本路径有提供奖学金、远程教育、积极参与非洲高等教育的机构建设、建立卓越中心等。发展至今,印度已经对非建立了多层面的合作网络,合作中突出高等教育能力建设,非洲高等教育的印度模式逐渐显现,高校教师的专业发展日益得到重视。基于印度对非高等教育合作的思考,我国对非高等教育合作应该把来华留学与在非洲建立实体机构结合起来,院校之间的合作应尽量领域集中,合作中可利用我国的信息通信技术优势,鼓励中国的智慧教育走出去。此外,人文社会科学领域必须加强中国知识体系的建构,避免西方化。
英文摘要 Since independence, India has launched higher education cooperation with Africa and made a lot of achievements during the long period of cooperation. There are four main approaches to India-Africa cooperation in the field of higher education: scholarship, distant education, institutes construction in Africa, and establishing the centers for excellence. Till now, India has developed a multi-level cooperation network with Africa which attaches importance to higher education capacity building. The feature of Indian model becomes more and more apparent in African higher education systems in recent years, and the faculty professional development is another foci. Based on the reflection of achievement and experience of India-Africa higher education cooperation, China should combine providing study opportunities in China with establishing entities in Africa, focusing on certain areas for cooperation, and paying attention to teacher education. Furthermore, China's advantage in information and communication technology should be explored, exporting smart education to Africa. Last but not least, in the process of China-Africa higher education cooperation, we need to establish our own knowledge system with Chinese characteristics, especially in the humanities and social science field, preventing knowledge Westernization.
