中文摘要 幼儿园教师工作条件对其身心状态、教学质量及离职倾向均有重要的影响作用,已逐步成为国际组织与世界各国提升学前教育质量政策改革与实践研究的关注点。本研究在文献梳理的基础上,结合半结构化访谈与德尔菲法,建构了我国幼儿园教师工作条件的结构要素与具体指标,并编制了我国幼儿园教师工作条件自评量表。通过对全国5省市1614名幼儿园教师的调查,进一步修订并验证了该量表的信效度。研究结果表明,我国幼儿园教师工作条件是由工作分配、工作设施、专业发展、工作氛围、工作报酬组成的二阶一因子一阶五因子结构;由此编制的《我国幼儿园教师工作条件自评量表》具有较好的信效度,是进行本土化测量的有效工具。
英文摘要 Kindergarten teachers’ working conditions have an important impact on their physical and mental state, teaching quality and turnover intention. Improving the working conditions of kindergarten teachers has gradually become the focus of policy reform and practical research of international organizations and countries around the world to improve the quality of preschool education. On the basis of literature review, combined with semi-structured interview and Delphi method, this study constructed the structural elements and specific indicators of kindergarten teachers’ working conditions, and compiled the self-rating scale of kindergarten teachers’ working conditions in China. Through the investigation of 1614 kindergarten teachers in 5 provinces and cities, this study verified the reliability and validity of the scale. The results showed that the working conditions of kindergarten teachers in China were a multi-dimensional structure composed of five factors: work assignment, work facilities, professional development, work climate and work remuneration. “Teacher Working Conditions Self-Rating Scale for Chinese Kindergartens” had good reliability and validity. It was an effective tool for localization measurement.
