中文摘要 校長領導乃是學校品質最具影響力的因素,也是影響學生學習成就的關鍵。本文旨在探討校長省思式領導的相關概念、研究與啟示,首先,闡述校長省思式領導的相關概念;其次,分析校長省思式領導相關實徵研究;最後,再做一結論,並據而提出六點相關建議:一、倡導校長省思式領導,促進校長領導知能;二、結合校長實驗室實務,提高校長省思能力;三、善用校長省思式領導,提升學校整體效能;四、營造信任開放之氛圍,促發教師省思意願;五、發展省思式領導模式,提供校長推動參考;六、善用混合研究之方法,驗證了解整體效益。
英文摘要 Principal leadership is one of the most influential factors in sustaining school quality and also a key to impacting student learning achievement. This paper aims at exploring the notions, studies and implications regarding principal reflective-based leadership. First, this study elaborates the related concept about principal reflective-based leadership. Second, the related empirical studies concerning principal reflective-based leadership are analyzed. Finally, the conclusion of this study proposes six suggestions: (1) to initiate principal reflective-based leadership and to enhance principals’ perceptions of this leadership style; (2) to integrate the principal lab practice into building up principals’ reflective capacities; (3) to increase school overall effectiveness by practicing principal reflective-based leadership; (4) to create an open, trusting atmosphere so that teachers are more willing to reflect; (5) to develop a reflective-based leadership model for principals’ future reference; (6) to validate the overall effectiveness by using a mixed method research design.
