中文摘要 疾病可以改變人類歷史、顛覆國家命運(Diamona, 1997/2019)。2019年12月迄2020年當前,由嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)所引發的全球大流行疫情,截至2020年5月4日,全球已有220多個國家和地區累計報告逾340萬名確診病例、逾24萬名患者死亡。相較於2002年11月至2003年9月間散布於29個國家和地區的嚴重急性呼吸道症候群疫情(SARS事件),新型冠狀病毒引發全球在第二次世界大戰以來最嚴峻的危機,教育亦無法倖免。當世界各國為了控制疫情而逐一宣布封閉國境與鎖國,以往全球化的代名詞─「移動中」(being on the move)如今僅受歡迎於網路世界,而當各級學校為了防疫而關閉,學校教育可能只剩下雲端上的教與學……,整個世界的教育因應疫情的更新,仍持續不斷地被迫做出前所未有的改變。在此,我們不禁想問,在新型冠狀病毒疫情之前與之後的世界,影響教育至深的全球化現象將會有何轉變?而身為全球少數學校教育仍能正常運作的臺灣,學校在「防疫優先」的種種作為之下,教育人員如何因應與調適?本文企圖以全球化的視角、線上學習的內涵以及存在主義對生命苦難的積極反抗出發,爬梳2020年2月以來重要教育相關新聞文本,以此為研究脈絡,再就五位小學教育人員進行半結構訪談,將訪談內容進行編碼分析討論,期能就「冠狀病毒世界之前」的全球化現象、「冠狀病毒世界」中學校教育現場的「即時動態」,以及「冠狀病毒之後世界」的可能教育圖像進行論述。
英文摘要 Diseases can change the human history and alter a nation’s destiny. COVID-19 has aroused the global pandemic since December, 2019. There has been more than 220 countries and districts in the world involved with over 3.4 million confirmed cases and about 0.24 million deaths till May 4, 2020. Compared with the pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) during November, 2002 to September, 2003 scattering in 29 countries and districts, new Corona Virus has initiated the most critical crisis since the World War II, and education is no exception. While all the world declares boundary-close and country lockdown, the synonym of globalization- being on the move- is only popular in the virtual world. Therefore, schools are closed for the sake of pandemic and school education is forced to be only instruction and learning on the clouds. The education in the whole world is forced to make unprecedentedly change because of the pandemic. How would the phenomenon of globalization which influences education much transform? Ow would the educators, being in Taiwan, a few of the places in the world keeping the regular school operation, react and adapt to it when facing the various “pandemic prevention priority” actions? This research tried to start from the view point of globalization, the online learning theory and the aggressive fighting against the life pain of existentialism, and then based on the semi-structured interview with 5 elementary school educators and was analyzed with the important educational relative news contents since February, 2020. Data were coded and analyzed hoping to reveal the global education in the presence of corona virus, present the “timeline” of the school education in the world of corona virus and depict the possible educational picture of the post-world of Corona Virus.
