中文摘要 随着全球化和数字技术的发展,学生在互联互通世界中生活的能力越来越受到关注,“全球胜任力”逐渐成为评价学生发展的重要指标。PISA2018首次对15岁学生的全球胜任力进行了测评。结果显示,学生全球胜任力认知测试的总均分为474分,新加坡、加拿大、中国香港、英国苏格兰和中国台湾学生平均得分排在前五位。但全球胜任力是一种多维素养,涉及知识、技能、态度和价值观等,因此,评判一国(或地区)学生全球胜任力表现,不能仅看测试成绩,还应全面和谨慎地分析数据背后的信息。本研究采用内容分析和文本分析方法,结合相关测评数据,从测评背景、测评框架、测评结果、影响因素四方面,全面解读PISA2018全球胜任力测评结果报告,并在此基础上提出了四点建议,以期为我国学生全球胜任力的培养提供启示。
英文摘要 With the development of globalization and digital technology, students^ ability to thrive in an interconnected world had attracted more and more attention. Global competence had gradually become an important index to evaluate students’ development. PISA2018 assessed the global competence of 15-year-olds for the first time. The results showed that students scored 474 points in global competency cognitive tests on average, with Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Scotland, and Taiwan in the top five. However, global competence is a multidimensional accomplishment involving multiple factors such as knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values. When assessing students’ global competence performance in a country, we should not only review the test results but also analyze the information behind the data more comprehensively and carefully. Based on the methods of content analysis and text analysis, this study comprehensively interpreted the results of PISA2018 global competency from four aspects: assessment background, assessment framework, results, and influencing factors, and then put forward four suggestions on the cultivation of students’ global competence in China.
