信息技术的发展推动了智慧教学体系的形成和推广，混合式学习模式以智慧教学技术为前提，以创新教学理念为指导，将线上网络学习和线下课堂学习结合起来，让学生成为教学的主体。尤其是在英语教学体系中，依托互联网技术拓展现代英语教学的内涵和外延，不仅注重英语知识、英语技能传授，更注重英语语言能力、文化交际等素质培育。为探讨混合式学习模式的发展途径，该文尝试构建依托智慧技术的混合式学习模式，并提出混合式学习模式下教学策略和学习策略的改进方向。

| 英文摘要 |
The development of information technology has promoted the formation and promotion of intelligent teaching system. Blended learning mode is based on the premise of intelligent teaching technology and guided by innovative teaching concepts. It combines online learning and offline classroom learning, so that students become the main body of teaching. Internet technology can be relied on specifically in the English teaching system to expand the connotation and denotation of modern English teaching. This will not only highlight English knowledge and skills, but also helps to enhance students’ English language ability, inter-cultural communication and literacy of other aspects. In order to explore the development path of blended learning model, this paper tries to construct the blended learning model based on intelligent technology, and provide the direction to improve teaching strategy and learning strategy under the blended learning model.
