中文摘要 学校教研组织对于教师的职业生涯、专业发展以及学校教育质量提升都具有无可替代的作用。结合分布式领导力理论,采用社会网络分析法对北京市三所中学共79个教研组织的分布式领导力进行测量,两个测量维度下共提取了三个测量指标。“多领导者”维度可以通过“教师领导者占比”指标来体现;“互动行为实践”维度可以通过“组织活跃度”和“组织互惠性”两个指标来体现。79个教研组织可以划分为三种类型:网状协作型、分散疏离型和条状互惠型。不同学校在组织类型的分布上呈现出了明显的校际特点。
英文摘要 School teaching-research group serves as a critical platform for the collaborative work and professional learning of teachers in Chinese primary and secondary schools. It plays an irreplaceable role in the teachers' teaching career and schools' teaching quality improvement. Based on the theory of distributed leadership, 79 teaching-research groups in three middle schools in Beijing was measured by social network analysis. The teaching-research group' distributed leadership includes two dimensions: “leader-plus” and “practice”, which can be reflected by three measurement indexes: “Teacher Leader’s Ratio”, “Group Activeness” and “Group Reciprocity”. The 79 teaching-research groups' distributed leadership can be divided into three types: “Network Collaboration Type”, “Decentralized Alienation Type” and “Strip Reciprocity Type”. Different schools have different characteristics in the distribution of organizational types.
