中文摘要 家长参与是学生成功的关键因素,是实现教育公平不可或缺的社会资本。美国家长参与学校教育有着悠久的历史传统,但是不同社会背景的家长对学校教育的参与依旧有明显差异,导致学生获取教育资源的数量和质量存在不均,阻碍了优质且公平教育目标的实现。美国政府通过立法对家长参与进行倡导,并与民间协会和学术研究等组织协同构建起家长参与学校教育的支持网络,成为美国维护教育公平和推动教育改革不可忽视的重要力量,相关经验对我们构建本土化的家长参与合作体系具有借鉴价值。
英文摘要 Parental involvement is a key factor to the success of students, and an indispensable social capital to achieve educational equity. Parental involvement in America has a long historical traditions, However, parents from different social backgrounds still have significant differences in their involvement in school education, which leads to uneven access to educational resources in quantity and quality, and hinder the realization of the goal of high-quality and fair education. The American government advocates parental involvement through legislation, and constructs a support network for parental involvement in school education in collaboration with non-governmental associations and academic research organizations. It has become an important force to realize educational equity and promote educational reform in the United States. And the Relevant experience is a good reference for us to build a localized coordination system of parental involvement.
