中文摘要 中华人民共和国成立70年来,在不断加强美育课程建设的背景下,我国中小学美术教材建设取得了卓越的成就"由“教材统编”转向“教材审定”;由“一纲单本”扩展“一标多本”;由“学科知识”转化“学科素养”;由“教本教材”提升“学本教材'在总结我国70年中小学美术教材发展成就的基础上,阐述其发展面临的问题有:美术教材研究进展相对缓慢;美术教材编辑缺乏系统关照;美术教材内容更新相对滞后;美术教材立体化建设尚未形成。针对这些问题,未来我国中小学美术教材发展应以习近平美育思想为引领,全面贯彻党的教育方针;传承中华传统文化基因;聚焦学生美术核心素养;创意思维为优先发展目标。
英文摘要 In the past 7 decades since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, excellent achievements have been made in development of art textbooks for primary and secondary schools. The art textbooks are changed from “ textbook compilation” to “ textbook approval”, from “one class, one book” to “ one standard, multiple books ”,from “ subject knowledge” to “ subject accomplishment”, from “ teaching-based textbook” to “ learning-based textbook”. On the basis of summarizing the 70 years’ achievements in the development of art textbooks for primary and secondary schools, this paper expounds the problems during its development process, which includes: The research progress of art textbooks are relatively slow; art textbooks editor lack systematic attention; the content update of art textbooks are relatively lagging behind; the three-dimensional construction of art textbooks has not yet taken shape. For these problems, the construction of art textbooks for primary and secondary schools in our country should fully implement the Party’s educational policy in the new era, inherit the cultural genes of Chinese traditional culture and focus on the core accomplishment of students’ art education. Creative thinking is the priority development goal for students.
