中文摘要 师范生教育实践是教师培养的必要环节。支教作为教育实践的一种重要形式,是提高教师培养质量的有效措施,也是服务基础教育的重要纽带。该文在梳理已有支教模式相关文献的基础上,以培养业务见长的本科层次教师与提升乡村小规模学校教育质量的一体化设计为指向,组建“互联网+”条件下的教师教学共同体,构建“接力式”支教模式原型。采取基于设计的研究范式,按照“目标计划—实践应用—应用反思—改进修正”的研究路径,围绕检验模式的完整性、优化模式的操作性、增强模式的稳定性等三个方面分别对其进行了修正,形成完善的“接力式”支教模式。实践表明,新模式的应用在促进乡村小规模学校学生学业发展、强化乡村教师课堂教学能力以及提升师范生职业素养等方面具有积极效果,提供及时高效的技术支持、建立良好和谐的师生关系、采取即时陪伴的“双师”指导、实施张弛有度的激励约束等举措有助于模式应用的提质增效。
英文摘要 The educational practice of normal students is a necessary part of teacher training. As an important form of educational practice, teaching-assistance is not only an effective measure to improve the quality of teachers’ training, but also an important link to serve basic education. Based on the literature of the existing teaching model, the paper constructs a “teachers’ teaching community” under the condition of “Internet +”, and constructs the prototype of “relay type” teaching model. The integrated design of cultivating undergraduate teachers and improving the education quality of rural small-scale schools is the direction. We adopt the design-based research paradigm, accorded to the research path of “target plan, practice application, reflection on application, improvement and correction”. Around the following three aspects were revised and improved: checked the integrity of the model, optimized the operability of the model, and enhanced the stability of the model. Finally, a mature and reliable “relay type” teaching-assistance model has been formed. The practice showed that the application of the new model had a positive effect in promoting the academic development of rural small-scale school students, strengthening the classroom teaching ability of rural teachers, and improving the professional skills of normal students. Through practical application, four suggestions were put forward: providing timely and efficient technical support; establishing good and harmonious relationships between teachers and students; taking the “double tutors” guidance with immediate company; implementing appropriate measures to help improving the quality and efficiency of the practice.
