中文摘要 改革开放以来我国高校教师劳动关系经历了从集权化到契约化的变迁。在历史制度主义的语境下,高校教师劳动关系的变迁与社会宏观环境的演进有着密切的黏结。经济体制改革的深入、法律法规的完善、政府权力的下行,促使高校教师劳动关系深层结构发生变化,实现了从一元化指令到多元主体参与、从身份识别到契约规制的转变。同时,受教师发展多元化体制、资源分配模式固化、教师和高校之间权利失衡的影响,高校教师劳动关系呈现出明显的路径依赖现象。促进教师劳动关系的多元化改革、营造和谐的治理环境,则是高校教师劳动关系和谐治理的实践路径。
英文摘要 Since the reform and opening-up, the labor relations of college teachers in China have evolved from centralization to contractualization. In the context of historical institutionalism, the changes in the labor relations of college teachers are closely related to the evolution of the macro social environment. The deepening of economic system reform, the improvement of laws and regulations, and the decentralization of government power have promoted the changes in the deep structure of labor relations among college teachers, and realized the transition from unified instruction to multi -subject participation, from identity recognition to contract regulation. At the same time, due to the diversified system of teachers' development, the solidification of resource allocation mode, and the imbalance of rights between teachers and universities, the labor relations of college teachers have exhibited a high degree of path dependence. Promoting the diversified reform of teachers' labor relations and creating a harmonious governance environment is the practical path for the harmonious management of labor relations among college teachers.
