中文摘要 教师研修是促进教师专业发展的有效途径和重要方式,如何提高教师研修的针对性和实效性,创新研修模式成为各界关注的焦点。该研究在文献研究的基础上,提出了包含教师模型、内容模型和推荐模型等核心功能模型的教师智能研修系统模型,认为通过学习分析系统、学习支持系统和学习干预系统等模块的建设,实现个性化学习路径规划、适切性学习资源推荐和精细化学习反馈,可达到提高教师研修质量的目的。在此基础上,依据非线性学习的理念,明确系统功能定位与需求分析,梳理了教师研修的核心要素,设计了包含教师个体特征分析模块、研修资源精准推送模块和研修反馈评价模块的教师智能研修系统,通过在广东省某校的应用实践,验证了该系统的适用性和有效性。研究成果能为优化教师智能研修系统设计,创新教师研修模式,促进教师专业发展提供依据和参考。
英文摘要 Teacher Training is an effective and important way to promote teacher professional development. How to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teacher training has become the focus of all circles. On the basis of literature research, this paper puts forward an adaptive system model of teacher research, which includes learner model, content model and recommendation model, through the construction of learning analysis system, learning support system and learning intervention system, personalized learning path planning, appropriate learning resources recommendation and fine learning feedback can be realized, it can achieve the goal of improving the quality of Teacher’s research and training. On this basis, according to the concept of nonlinear learning, the orientation of system function and the analysis of demand are made clear, and the core elements of teacher training are sorted out, this paper designs an intelligent system for teacher training, which includes a module for analyzing individual characteristics of teachers, a module for precise push of resources and a module for feedback evaluation of teacher training, the applicability and validity of the system are verified. The research results can provide basis and reference for optimizing the design of intelligent system, innovating the mode of teacher training and promoting the professional development of teachers.
