中文摘要 提升高校教师育人能力,是实现我国高等教育高质量发展的重要载体,更是促进学生全面发展的重要保障。教师育人能力从理念的反思力、方式的践行力以及手段的发展力三个维度,实现从单向度人转向人的全面发展、从单向控制转向交往互动和从关注结果转向重视过程的生成逻辑。然而,新时代高校教师育人理念“泛化”难以唤起教师自觉自省、育人关系“异化”加剧师生双向互动不良以及育人手段“物化”导致了过程与结果的背离等问题,阻碍了高素质专业化教师队伍的进程。基于此,彰显育人时代使命,落实立德树人的教师育人观;回归生活世界,营造师生交往与深度对话的育人共同体;提升育人效能,实现育人评价与育人教学的和合统一应成为高校教师育人能力提升的着力点。
英文摘要 Improving the cultivating ability of college teachers is an important carrier for realizing the high-quality development of higher education in our country, and it is also an important guarantee for promoting the all-round development of students. The teacher's ability to educate people from three dimensions: reflection of ideas, practice of methods, and development of means, to realize the transformation from one-dimensional people to all-round development of people, from one-way control to communication and interaction, and from focusing on results to focusing on processes the generation logic. However, the "generalization" of the concept of educating people in colleges and universities in the new era can hardly arouse teachers' self-reflection, the "alienation" of the educating relationship has aggravated the poor interaction between teachers and students, and the "materialization" of educating methods has led to problems such as the deviation of the process and the result, which hinders them. The process of high-quality professional teachers. Based on this, highlight the mission of the era of educating people, implement the teacher education concept of moral education; return to the world of life, create an educating community of teacher-student interaction and in-depth dialogue; improve the efficiency of educating people, and realize the education evaluation and education teaching.
