中文摘要 随着教育大数据时代的来临,数据逐渐成为教育领域的火爆热词,“量化一切”“让数据发声”等口号成为新时代教育的风向标,数据密集型科学范式俨然已成为教育研究的主流范式,数据驱动的教学决策模式也备受一线教师推崇成为教育实践领域的流行趋势。但数据在教育领域的应用并非一蹴而就的过程,数据驱动的教学决策过程受教师个体数据素养的提升、团队数据智慧的建构等多种因素和条件影响。当前,该领域存在着简单、线性和片面化等数据思维倾向,相关误解亟待辩清,还需从理论基础、动力机制与文化内核等方面理清实践脉络,并应强调从实证角度关注实际成效。为此,笔者试图梳理美国该领域20年的先行经验和实践启示,以期为国内这一热点实践领域提供深入推进的思路和方法。
英文摘要 With the advent of the era of big data in education, data has gradually become a hot word in the field of education. Slogans such as “quantify everything” and “let data speak” have become the wind vane of education in the new era. Data intensive scientific paradigm has become the mainstream paradigm of education research. Data driven teaching decision-making model has also been highly praised by front-line teachers, and has become a popular trend in the field of education practice. However, the application of data in the field of education is not an overnight process. The data-driven teaching decision-making process is affected by many factors and conditions, such as teachers’ individual data literacy, team data intelligence construction and so on. At present, in addition to clarifying the related misunderstandings in this field, we need to clarify its practical context from the aspects of theoretical basis, dynamic mechanism and cultural core, and pay attention to its actual results from an empirical perspective. Therefore, the author attempts to sort out the 20-year experience and practical enlightenment of the United States in this field, in order to provide ideas and methods for further promoting this hot practice field in China.
