中文摘要 引導學生適性選擇,增加高級中等教育階段教育進路轉換的彈性,符合十二年國民基本教育適性揚才的理念,但相關研究卻相對缺乏,值得加以探究。本研究旨在分析高級中等學校學生教育進路轉換的流向及其類型,並探討影響學生教育進路轉換的因素。本研究運用臺灣後期中等教育長期追蹤資料庫所釋出之資料,將106學年度高一及專一學生調查資料與107學年度高二及專二學生調查資料串接合併,進行實證分析。研究結果如下:一、後期中等教育階段轉換教育進路的學生占比僅為1.1%;二、普通型高中與技術型高中之間不同方向教育進路轉換的學生數雙向並不對稱;三、分流選擇自我決定程度對教育進路轉換具有負向影響;四、國中教育會考成績對於不同方向的教育進路轉換產生相反方向的影響。
英文摘要 This study aimed to explore educational mobility patterns among senior secondary school students in Taiwan and to analyze relevant factors in educational transfers. To this end, we employed a longitudinal framework to explore the influence of the grade received from the Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students (CAP grade) and satisfaction with initial educational choices on student decisions to switch educational pathways. We used survey data released from the Taiwan Upper Secondary Education Database to track 16,477 students from entry to senior secondary school in 2017 to 11th grade in 2018. The results of our analysis can be summarized as follows: 1. Students at the upper secondary education level rarely changed their educational pathways. Transferring students accounted for just 1.1% of all participants. 2. Mobility between general and technical programs was asymmetric. Transfers from general to technical programs were more frequent than transfers from technical to general programs. The ratio was approximately 4.5:1. 3. Educational pathway transfers could be predicted by satisfaction with initial educational choice. The less a student was satisfied with their initial educational choice, the higher the probability of a transfer was. 4. In senior secondary schools, transfer between general and technical programs was influenced by students’ CAP grades. However, the impact of CAP grades differed according to the direction of the transfer. Transfers from general program to technical program were negatively influenced by CAP grade, whereas transfers from technical program to general program were positively influenced by CAP grade.
