中文摘要 我們對於幼兒園與社區關係的想像為何?幼兒園落實社區連結的程度又是如何?對於幼兒園與社區關係,不同國家的理想及現實情形有何異同?本文回顧臺灣、韓國、日本、瑞典的幼兒園相關文獻,試圖回答上述問題。由文獻可知,臺、韓、日對於幼兒園與社區關係的想像,是幼兒園與社區之間的二元互惠關係,最終達成在地社會資本的累積,或是幼兒與老師對土地的認同感。但瑞典的想像略有不同,社區之於瑞典幼兒園,更像是一個共同的社群人際網絡,人們在其中不斷以民主的對話,回應、解決現實問題。然而,這些文獻不約而同指出,幼兒園的社區關係或社區連結實踐,現實中並不容易達成。行政壓力、人脈有限、家長偏好等因素,都構成了理想與現實之間的障礙。
英文摘要 How do we imagine the relationship between a preschool and its' community? How well do preschools implement their local connections? What are the ideals and reality of relationship between a preschool and its' community in different countries? This article reviews the literatures on preschools from Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Sweden in an attempt to answer the above questions. It can be seen from the literature that Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan that their imaginations on the relationship between a preschool and its' community are binary and reciprocal, which ultimately achieves the accumulation of social capital, or the identification of children and teachers with their land. Yet, the Swedish imagination is slightly different. A community is more like a common social network for the Swedish preschool, in which people constantly respond to and solve real problems through democratic dialogue. However, all these literatures note that the community relations or connections of preschools are not easy to achieve in reality. Factors such as administrative pressure, limited contacts, and parental preferences constitute an obstacle between ideals and reality.
