中文摘要 近年来,越来越多的非师范专业人员通过教师资格考试,进入了农村小学教师队伍。在“教师专业”的语境和视角下,农村小学非师范初任教师的专业性是需要被重视的问题。研究发现,他们的专业性堪忧,主要表现在:专业理想缺失,学科知识和教育教学知识等专业知识欠缺,教学设计、教学组织与实施、教学激励与评价等专业能力不足。这些问题主要是由教师资格考试制度不完备、入职培训不到位、任教学校的专业支持不够,以及他们的自主专业发展意识不强、动力不足所导致的。要提升他们的专业性,促进其专业发展,需要相关主体各负其责。
英文摘要 Recent years, more and more non-normal majors have passed the teacher qualification examination and become teachers in rural primary schools. In the context and perspective of the “Professional Development of Teachers”, the professionalism of this kind of beginner teachers in rural primary schools is an issue that needs attention. The study found that there are problems that cannot be ignored in their professionalism, which are mainly manifested in: The lack of professional ideals; The lack of professional knowledge such as subject knowledge and education and teaching knowledge; The insufficient professional skills such as teaching design, teaching organization and implementation, teaching motivation and evaluation. These problems are mainly caused by incomplete teacher qualification examination systems, inadequate induction training, insufficient professional support from schools, and their own lack of awareness of independent professional development and insufficient motivation. To enhance their professionalism and promote their professional development, relevant mainstay need to take their responsibilities.
