中文摘要 新手教师教学模仿容易陷入不足与过度的双重困境,主要表现为虚假模仿和浅表化模仿、僵硬的行为照搬和他主的教学判断。新手教师轻视教学模仿的价值,盲目自信、坚韧性不足、模仿失效等因素导致模仿不足;夸大教学模仿的作用,教学自卑感、独立性差、行为固化等则易引发模仿过度。要突破教学模仿的双重困境,新手教师需理性认识教学模仿、准确把握自身特点并选择适合的模仿对象,在模仿学习过程中不断反思和优化、自主建构教学风格。
英文摘要 Novice teachers’ teaching imitation may be stuck in the double dilemma of insufficiency and excessiveness. False imitation and superficial imitation, rigid behavior imitation and other teachers’    teaching judgment are the main manifestations. Insufficiency may result from novice teachers’ lack of knowledge concerning teaching imitation,    teachers’ blind confidence, lack of tenacity, as well as teachers’ ineffective imitation; excessiveness can been seen as a consequence of the exaggerate the role of imitation , the inferiority feeling in teaching, lack of independence, as well as behavior immobilization. To overcome the above double dilemma, it appears imperative for teachers to recognize the value of imitation, pinpoint ones’ own characteristics accurately and select imitation objects correctly, reflect and optimize in imitation learning, establish ones’ personal teaching style.
