我國教育部於2011年發布《中小學國際教育白皮書：扎根培育21世紀國際化人才》，去年(2020)更進一步出版《中小學國際教育白皮書2.0》標誌了臺灣實施國際教育的重要政策方向與規劃。於此同時，近年來全球不少國家也著手進行國際教育藍圖的擘劃，在在顯示出全球化的浪潮中，各國逐步進行教育國際化改革的趨勢及其影響力。本研究將從政策文件分析的角度，討論澳洲國際教育政策的發展，其中包括課程的國際化以及學校的國際化。課程國際化的討論以《墨爾本宣言》及因應其發布後，各個不同機構與部門所規劃的相關政策文本為分析範圍；學校國際化的分析則以《2025國際教育國家策略》、《澳洲全球校友聯繫策略》、《澳洲國際教育2025市場發展藍圖》等相關政策為主，討論澳洲規劃海外學生之招募與培訓、增進澳洲學校國際化程度以及澳洲教育國際影響力的方式與做法。冀能透過澳洲推動國際教育政策的相關經驗，供我國規劃相關政策的參考。

| 英文摘要 |
White Papers for international education in secondary and elementary schools have been enacted in Taiwan in 2011 and 2020, which designate blueprints for implementing international education in Taiwanese schooling. In the meanwhile, the reform and innovation of international education, or in some places, internationalization of education gradually become of significance in the globalizing world. And Australian case is often seen as one of well-known and important references. From the perspective of policy analysis, this paper probes into the development of Australian policies relating to international education. On the one hand, Melbourne Declaration and related policies are discussed in the analysis of curricular internationalization. On the other hand, the discussion regarding school internationalization focuses on the investigation of National Strategy for International Education 2025, Australia Global Alumni Engagement Strategy, and Australian International Education 2025 (AIE2025) Market Development Roadmap. From the discussion of Australian experience, this paper contributes to the literature of international education policy in Taiwan.
