中文摘要 本研究主要係從教師角色的觀點,對國民中小學如何邁向素養導向的校園文化作為論述的核心。首先,從組織文化的角度對邁向素養導向校園文化進行省思;其次,評析面對素養導向的校園文化,教師角色所面臨的挑戰;接著,提出邁向素養導向校園文化的教師角色專業重建之建議:一、教師必須是具主動性的終身學習者;二、教師要能和同儕合夥學習和專業協作;三、教師要有反思、探究的習慣和智能;四、教師能建立核心素養和生活經驗的連結;五、教師具素養導向教學和評量的能力;六、教師能感知上述的改變將直接影響學校文化的改變;最後,綜以結語。
英文摘要 This study mainly investigates how elementary schools and junior high schools move towards a competencies-oriented campus culture from the perspective of teacher role as the core of the discussion. Firstly, this study reflects on competencies-oriented campus culture from the perspective of organizational culture. Secondly, this study evaluates and analyzes the challenges faced by teacher role when facing competencies-oriented campus culture. Thirdly, this study proposes suggestions on professional reconstruction for teacher role moving towards competencies-oriented campus culture: (1) teachers must be active lifelong learners; (2) teachers must be able to learn from and collaborate professionally with peers; (3) teachers must be accustomed to reflection and exploration, as well as cultivate such intelligence; (4) teachers must develop the connection between core competencies and life experiences; (5) teachers must possess competencies-oriented instruction and assessment abilities; (6) teachers must be able to perceive that the said changes will directly affect the cultural changes in schools. Lastly, this study draws up conclusions.
