中文摘要 新冠肺炎疫情肆虐,各級學校多改採遠距教學,以減少人際接觸,避免群聚感染。於此期間,師資培育課程除透過線上教學傳授知識內容外,亦可考慮運用虛擬實境模擬作為師資生進行教學與班級經營技巧訓練之方式。本文旨在介紹國內外運用虛擬實境模擬作為師資培育訓練工具之現況。首先,介紹目前較多研究者運用以培訓教師教學與班級經營能力之三種虛擬實境軟體(虛擬實境桌面、混合實境、沉浸式3D虛擬環境),以及運用各類軟體進行研究之情形。接著,歸納相關研究結果,指出虛擬實境作為師資培育訓練工具不僅能發揮教學與班級經營能力訓練之效果,亦具有提供客製化訓練、安全一致之訓練環境、即時回饋及蒐集多元分析數據等優點。但因虛擬實境軟體之開發與應用尚屬起步階段,故應用於師資培育工作時會面臨有軟體功能限制、訓練情境設計與虛擬學生行為反應限制等挑戰。最後,總結上述論點並提出虛擬實境模擬運用於師資培育之發展建議。
英文摘要 Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), schools at all levels switched to distance learning to reduce interpersonal contact and avoid group infections. During this period, besides delivering courses online, the teacher educators could consider adopting virtual reality simulation as a method for training teaching and classroom management skills. This article aims to introduce the current situation of using virtual reality simulation as a teacher training tool. First, the article introduced three kinds of virtual reality software (virtual reality desktop, mixed reality, and immersive 3D virtual environment) which were used by many researchers as tools for training pointed out teaching and classroom management skills. Then based on the results of relevant research, the article pointed out that the virtual reality as a training tool for teacher training can not only exert the training effect of teaching and classroom management skills, but also has the advantages of providing customized training, a safe and consistent training environment, instant feedback, and could collecting multiple data as analysis materials. However, because of the development and application of virtual reality is in its infancy, it has faced challenges such as software function limitations, simulation training scenario design, and virtual student behavior limitations when it is applied as teacher training tools. Finally, based on the summary of the article, some suggestions regarding the future development of virtual reality simulation teacher training were proposed.
