中文摘要 公民道德教育课程是德国培养负责任公民的重要途径。为实现这一目标,德国中小学公民道德教育课程将现实生活中的“冲突性事件”与个体认知发展规律和公民政治社会化发展特征相结合,将培养学生的“民主能力”确立为课程目标;围绕政治、社会、经济三大领域遴选课程内容;遵循“博特斯巴赫共识”要求设计多种类型的教学模式;基于多元协同评价机制构建课程保障体系。随着时代的发展,当下德国学校相关课程在内容、教学方式以及学科融合等方面依然面临着一系列突出的问题,亟待解决。
英文摘要 The civic moral education curriculum in German primary and secondary schools is an important way to cultivate responsible citizens. To achieve this goal, the civic moral education Curriculum in German primary and secondary schools combines "conflict events" in real life with patterns of the individual cognitive development and characteristics of the political socialization development of citizens,establishing a "democratic competence" oriented curriculum goals. The course contents included politics, society as well as economy and the teaching methods accorded with the requests of "Beutelsbach Consensus". Germany also has constructed the guarantee system of curriculum quality based on the multiple collaborative evaluation mechanism. With the development of the society, the German civic moral education curriculum faces with many problems in curriculum contents, teaching methods and discipline integration, which need to be solved as quickly as possible.
