中文摘要 最新研究表明,道德良心起源于社会控制;道德既是自律的,也是他律的,道德他律与道德自律是相互贯通的;制度不仅影响人的外在行为,代替人们做出重大决定,而且影响人的内在心理;制度伦理优先于个体道德,并对个体道德具有决定性的影响。制度德育论揭示并肯定制度对道德的重大影响作用,并不是要人做制度的奴隶,而是倡导主动的制度改进,以不断完善的道德的制度生活来培养道德的人。
英文摘要 The latest research shows that moral conscience originates from social control. It has also been proved that morality has the nature of autonomy and heteronomy. Moral heteronomy and moral autonomy are interlinked and interacted. Therefore, institution not only can affect people’s behavior, helping people to make important decisions, but also can affects people’s psychological states. Institutional ethics have existed before personal morality, exerting a decisive influence on individual morality. The paper argues that Institutional Moral Education Theory reveals the significant impact of institution on morality. It does not mean to make people to be slaves of the institution. Instead, we need to improve the institution proactively and to constantly construct a moral institutionalized life that makes people to be the moral being.
