中文摘要 全人教育精神下,學校應有民主平等的氛圍與專業自主的文化。從哲思到課程建構到教學實踐,如未能以學生利益為中心來引導前進變革的作為,將無法得到學校和協作同仁的共識與支持。學校面對新課綱,應轉化組織文化以符應核心素養,可從下列策進作為著手:一、建立定期專業研討機制,釐清上位理念與持續課程慎思;二、教師領導與班級專業社群的自主實踐文化;三、聚焦於課程教學與核心素養導向的制度規範文化;四、還給學生空間自主使用權,培育自主負責的學生次級文化;五、強化閱讀寫作支持終身學習與探索身心素質和靈性;六、透過在地課程建構,提升社區的在地共感與信任感。
英文摘要 Under the spirit of holistic education, schools should have a democratic and equal atmosphere and a culture of professional autonomy. From philosophy to curriculum construction to teaching practice, if the interests of students can not be centered to guide the progress of change, we can not get the consensus and support of schools and collaborative colleagues. In the face of the new curriculum, schools should transform organizational culture to correspond the core competencies, and its strategies as the following: (1) Establish a regular professional discussion mechanism to clarify the concept of superiority and continuous curriculum careful thinking; (2) the independent practice culture of teacher leadership and the class professional community; (3) the institutional and normative culture focusing on curriculum teaching and core literacy orientation; and (4) giving students the right to use the space for their own use and fostering a secondary culture of self-responsible students; (5) strengthened reading writing supports lifelong learning and exploration of physical and mental quality and spirituality; (6) through the construction of the ground curriculum, to enhance the community’s sense of local common sense and trust.
