中文摘要 近年来,学术欺凌作为新的研究领域,在欧美学界得到了关注和重视。学术欺凌有着涉事主体复杂、隐蔽性强、持续时间久、判定界限模糊等特点,对研究者和学术界有着深远的负面影响。美国弗吉尼亚理工大学基于长期实践经验,遵循事前预防、事中处理、事后跟踪的治理步骤,具体包括明确学术欺凌的定义、规定学术欺凌事件处理程序以及持续跟踪处理结果等内容,形成了独具特色的反学术欺凌治理体系。而内部制度建设、教育资源支持、沟通渠道畅通、学术环境系统构建则为保障师生权益,促进学术欺凌事件积极处理提供了全方位的支持。
英文摘要 Academic bullying has been attended as a new research field in western countries in recent years. Academic bullying has serious negative impact on the academia owing to the complexity of involving subjects, strong concealment, long duration and vague boundary. By taking the steps of preventing in advance, handling in the process and following up with hindsight, the Virginia Tech University has formed a unique governance system against the academic bullying based on long-term practical experience. Within this system, the university could respond to academic bullying in a positive way via constructive internal system, supportive educational resources, smooth communicative channel and open academic environment for the rights of college students and faculty members.
