| 英文摘要 |
As an important measure to coordinate with the national strategy of "regional revitalization", the "program for promoting regional revitalization by universities as centers of community" (COC+Program) in Japan aims to guide local universities to serve local economic and social development. Focusing on achieving COC+program goals, Japanese local universities establish the quadruple helix dynamic structure of "university-industry-government-society", create hierarchical regional revitalization curriculum system, construct the local employment mechanism of university—local cooperation, strengthen the integration of industry, university and research to serve local industrial development. In the goal orientation, it emphasizes local reality and applicability; in the program operation, it integrates regional resources, highlights synergy; in the program evaluation, it weakens government management, highlights diversity and standardization; in the program progress, it attaches the importance to sustainability of program and initiative of university social service.
