中文摘要 新冠疫情期间,中国政府为保障师生“停课不停学”,主导了大规模在线教学实践行动。这种“整建制”线上教学模式携带了完整的线下管理制度(如学籍管理制度、班级管理制度、课程监督保障制度等),具有高覆盖率、强映射性和强组织性三大核心特征。结合理论研究与实践经验,文章构建了涵盖价值层、环境层、组织层、教学层和感知层五个层级的整建制线上教学行动框架,提出了与之相对应的五大类实施策略,并反思了整建制线上教学对后疫情时代推动教育教学改革的理论与实践意义。
英文摘要 During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Chinese government led a large-scale online learning campaign to ensure that “classes are suspended, but learning continues.” This article proposes that the online learning model of all organizational systems with the existing campus management systems (such as registration system y class management system, curriculum supervision and guarantee system, etc.) has three key characteristics: wide coverage, offline-like management, and effective organization. Based on theoretical research and practical experience, the article constructs an online learning model of all organizational systems from value conveyance and teaching design perspectives and proposes five implementation strategies. This research has theoretical value and practical significance for online teaching innovation and educational reform in the post-pandemic era.
