傳統市場內大多使用指針式磅秤做為測量商品重量的依據，指針式磅秤為一種利用可轉動之指針指出秤重表周圍的刻度及數字，以提供秤重物的重量的工具。但此種磅秤對於老年人或視力不佳的人不夠友善，可能無法直接清楚看到磅秤上顯示的刻度及數字，甚至連指針所指的位置都看不清楚；雖然可以透過對視力的矯正來改善看不清楚的問題，但不論是配戴眼鏡或是對眼睛進行治療，都是一件非常不方便的事情。本論文提出一種針對指針類型磅秤開發的應用程式，使用者可以用其對指針式磅秤進行拍照，以分析指針式磅秤的指針刻度與其重量資訊。最後，應用程式將輸出指針式磅秤目前所量測的重量並透過語音功能將其讀出，方便老花眼或視力不佳的人了解物品實際重量。除此之外，本論文更可以使用於指針式計時裝置，以指針的轉動角度分析時間資訊。

| 英文摘要 |
Most of the traditional markets use pointer scales as the basis for measuring the weight of goods. Pointer scales are a tool that uses a rotatable pointer to point out the scale and numbers around the scale to provide the weight of the weighed object. However, this kind of scale is not friendly enough for the elderly or people with poor eyesight. They may not be able to directly and clearly see the scales and numbers displayed on the scale, and even the position pointed by the pointer cannot be clearly seen; although it can be corrected by vision correction Improve the problem of unclear vision, but whether it is wearing glasses or treating the eyes, it is a very inconvenient thing. This paper proposes an application program developed for pointer scales. Users can use it to take pictures of pointer scales to analyze the pointer scale and weight information of the pointer scale. Finally, the app will output the weight currently measured by the pointer scale and read it out through the voice function, so that people with presbyopia or poor vision can understand the actual weight of the item. In addition, this thesis can also be used in pointer timing devices to analyze time information based on the rotation angle of the pointer.
