学生支持服务系统是现代远程教育的重要组成部分，是促进学生有效学习和提升远程教育质量的重要保证。设计科学有效的学生支持服务流程是保障学生支持服务能力和水平的前提与基础。该文以国内外现有的流程管理与学生支持服务相关研究和实践为基础，通过文献研究、访谈等方法，使用SPSS22.0和AMOS21.0两种数据分析工具，运用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析以及结构方程模型三种数据分析方法，对学生支持服务流程设计的影响因素进行探索。研究结果确定了由服务战略与规划、服务需求、服务属性以及资源条件四个影响因素14个测量指标构成的学生支持服务流程设计的影响因素测量模型；基于此，提出了学生支持服务流程设计的建议，以帮助远程教育机构形成对学生支持服务流程设计影响因素的全面认识，也为其他远程教育机构提高支持服务质量提供决策依据。

| 英文摘要 |
Student support service system is a key component of modern distance education and an important guarantee for distance education quality development. Designing a scientific and effective student support service process is the premise and basis to ensure the ability and level of student support service. This study, based on present literature and practice about process management and student support service, explored the influence factors of student support service process design (SSSPD) through methods of literature review and interviews. And we used SPSS22.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze the data through methods of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results identified the measurement model of influence factor of SSSPD, which consists of four influence factors, including service strategy and planning, service requirements, service property and resource condition, with their 14 measurement index. Based on the research results, we made some suggestions about SSSPD to help distance education institutions form a comprehensive knowledge about influence factors of SSSPD and to provide decision-making basis for other distance education institutions to develop support service quality.
