英文摘要 The training of German labor education teachers includes two stages: university study and preparatory teaching practice. In the university study stage, normal students study two majors and basic courses of education science and social science at the same time, and complete school internships and corporate internships, and finally graduate with the first state examination. During the probationary teaching practice, students both teach in the school and study in the teacher seminary. They improve their teaching ability through the combination of theory and practice, and finally graduate with the second state examination. The courses of these two stages are designed into different modules, with clear learning objectives and content, forming a multi-disciplinary integrated curriculum system. State examinations include academic papers, written examinations, oral examinations, and teaching practice tests, which can examine the knowledge structure comprehensively and test the teaching capabilities effectively. This kind of teacher training fulfils the dual requirements of labor education for teachers' interdisciplinary knowledge structure and high-level practical ability, and helps to train professional teachers for labor education.
