中文摘要 社区家庭教育指导服务阵地为家长直接提供家庭教育指导服务,是家庭教育指导服务体系的重要组成部分。该研究基于课题组对我国家庭教育指导服务体系建设情况的调研,选取其中社区家庭教育指导服务体系的相关群体的数据,对我国社区家庭教育指导服务阵地的基本建设情况、人员队伍组建情况、开展指导服务工作的现状及效果,以及工作中存在的问题进行了分析。基于调研结果,提出对我国社区家庭教育指导服务体系发展和提升的策略:发挥政府的主导作用,加快社区家庭教育指导服务阵地的基础建设,并提供配套支持和保障;优化内部工作管理制度,寻求专业资源支持;关注家长的需求,发挥社区的优势,为家长提供专业便捷的家庭教育指导服务;通过社区整体文化环境建设,增强社区与家庭联结。
英文摘要 Family education guidance institutions in communities which directly provide family education guidance service are important parts of China’s family education guidance service system. Based on the research of the construction and development of family education guidance service system in China, this study selects the data of relevant stakeholders of family education guidance service institutions in communities. The issues of institutions’ construction, the current status and effects of guidance service, and the potential problems are analyzed. Based on the results, this paper puts forward the strategies for the development and improvement of family education guidance service system in communities in China: display the leading role of the government to improve the construction of family education guidance service institutions in communities, and provide related support; optimize internal work management system and seek professional resource support; provide professional and convenient family education guidance services according to the needs of parents as well as taking advantage of the community’s role; strengthen community and family ties through the construction of an overall community cultural environment.
