本文藉由檢視聯合國教科文組織（United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO）在近年來所舉辦的人工智慧與教育國際會議，說明UNESCO在教育應用人工智慧方面的議題、理念與政策建議。首先，UNESCO對於教育與人工智慧議題的探討，包括教育運用人工智慧以達到永續發展目標、界定人工智慧時代所需的能力與教育功能、人工智慧在教育領域的全球治理和國家政策，以及人工智慧對於教學與學習之變革等方面。其次，從歷年來UNESCO所舉辦的論壇與討論，可歸納該組織對於教育與人工智慧的理念主要有達到永續發展目標以及數位人文主義二者。最後，UNESCO提出對於教育運用人工智慧的政策建議，包括整體願景、政策原則、跨學科規劃與跨部門治理、確保具備倫理考量、教育具體規劃、師資培育、監管與評估機制以及在地應用創新等方面，提供各國參考。

| 英文摘要 |
This article examines the international conferences on artificial intelligence and education organized by UNESCO in recent years to explain UNESCO’s issues, ideas and policy recommendations in AIED. UNESCO’s discussions on issues of AIED include: the use of artificial intelligence in education to achieve sustainable development goals, defining the competences and educational functions required in the era of artificial intelligence, global governance and national policies of artificial intelligence in education, and the transformation of teaching and learning, etc. From the forums and discussions held by UNESCO recently, it can be concluded that UNESCO’s ideas on AIED mainly include achieving sustainable development goals and digital humanism. UNESCO also provide recommendations for countries in AIED policy making.
