中文摘要 人工智能等新兴信息技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,推动着教育教学和人才培养从互联网信息时代进入人机协同的智能时代。在迈向“教育+人工智能”进程中,开展智能教育对未来教师的知识能力素质结构提出了新要求,建设一流师范院校和一流师范专业对人才培养质量提出卓越质量标准,培养能应对未来教育挑战的卓越教师是师范院校师范教育的重要使命。本文通过对智能时代卓越教师核心素养的分析,以师范类专业认证为抓手,重塑人才培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系,变革教与学方式,形成多元教育教学质量评价,建立三大资源保障机制,以期从教师培养源头上提升人才培养质量,为逐步进入智能时代培养高素质专业化创新型教师队伍提供有力的保障。
英文摘要 With the rapid development and wide application of new information technology, such as artificial intelligence ,education, teaching and personnel training are promoted from the Internet information age to the intelligent era of man-machine cooperation. In the process of “ Education + Artificial Intelligence”, the development of intelligent education has put forward new requirements for the future teachers' knowledge and ability quality structure. The construction of first-class normal universities and normal majors puts forward excellent quality standards for the quality of personnel training, and training excellent teachers who can meet the challenges of future education is an important mission of normal education in normal universities. Based on the analysis of the core quality of outstanding teachers in the intelligent era, this paper takes the professional certification of normal education as a starting point to reshape the talent training objectives, graduation requirements, and curriculum system, change the teaching and learning methods, form multiple education and teaching quality evaluation,and establish three major resource guarantee mechanisms ,so as to improve the quality of talent training from the source of teacher training, and cultivate high-quality talents for gradually entering the intelligent era, specialization and innovative teachers provide strong guarantee.
