篇名 女性教师领导力发展困境与突破——基于5所中学的实证调研

中文摘要 教师领导力作为教师专业发展的必然归宿,对于教师队伍素质提高、学校教育质量提升具有不容忽视的意义。而女性教师作为我国教师队伍中的绝大多数,其领导力提升更是难以避开的话题。本研究通过对五所完全中学的女性教师展开问卷与访谈调查,发现女性教师领导力发展受到社会、组织、家庭、个人等层面各种因素的桎梏,在归因基础上,尝试从社会支持、组织变革、家庭结构重塑、个人生涯规划等角度探讨女性教师领导力的提升策略。
英文摘要 As an inevitable end — result of the teachers, professional development, teacher leadership is of great significance for the enhancement of the qualities of teachers and school education. Female teachers account for a considerable proportion and therefore teacherleadership is an unavoidable issue. With the questionnaire and the interview to female teachers from five complete middle schools, the study finds that the development of female teachers 5 leadership is shackled by various factors such as society, organization, family and individuals. Meanwhile, Based on attribution analysis, the study tries to explore the promotion strategies of female teachers’ leadership from the perspectives of social support, organizational change,reshaping of family structure and personal career planning.
