中文摘要 教育实习是师范生培养体系的必修课程,不仅对于师范生建构教育实践知识、奠基专业发展具有不可替代的作用,而且对于改进教师教育质量具有独特的价值。近些年来,各高校积极推动教育实习改革,延长教育实习时间,加强教育实习规范管理,取得了一定的成效,但教育实习由于目标定位模糊不清,因而存在课程内容不明、协同机制不畅、实习基地不足、教师指导不力等诸多问题。因此,师范生教育实习改革不仅要明确教育实习对于师范生体认教师专业伦理价值、建构教育教学实践知识、增强教育教学胜任能力、生成教育教学实践智慧等方面的目标定位,而且要树立理论与实践相融合的教育实习观、创新教育实习协同机制,优化教育实习教师队伍、改进教育实习评价方式。这不仅有利于改进师范生的教育实习,而且有助于提升教师职前培养的质量。
英文摘要 Education practice is a compulsory course in the training system of teacher candidates, which plays an irreplaceable role in the training quality of teacher candidates. However, due to the vaguely defined course attributes and unclear goal orientation, there exist many problems in education practice, such as low course status, poor coordination mechanism, insufficient practice bases, poor guidance by teachers, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for us to rediscover the value of education practice in constructing practical teaching knowledge, laying a foundation for professional development, improving teaching quality etc. Therefore, it is imperative for us to clarify the goal orientation of educational practice in educational practice reform. These goals should include consolidating teachers’ professional ethics, constructing practical teaching knowledge, enhancing teaching competence, and generating practical teaching wisdom etc. . It is imperative to establish the practice concept of “Theory in Practice”, innovate the coordination mechanism of teaching practice, optimize the team of trainee teachers and improve the evaluation method of education practice. This will not only helps improve the education practice, but also helps enhance the quality of pre-service teachers.
