中文摘要 G20作为与正式国际组织相区别的一种组织形式,在全球教育治理问题方面发挥着积极作用。G20的全球非正式教育治理议题主要集中于通过金融教育与反腐败教育提升现代公民素养、教育与技能培训改善人力资本以及妇女与女童教育保障性别平等方面,采取的方式包括:G20成员联合发布公报推动全球教育治理进程,召开部长会议发布相关教育声明引导各国教育议题设置,召开外围会议对全球教育议程产生积极影响,体现出全球非正式教育治理的非正式性、平等性、公共性、包容性等特点,成为全球教育治理的重要组成部分。但由于G20缺乏长效监督评价机制,其全球非正式教育治理成效仍具有不确定性。我国可以借助G20机制,积极参与全球非正式教育治理,提升中国在全球教育治理领域的话语权和影响力。
英文摘要 As a form of organization different from formal international organizations, the G20 plays an active role in global education governance. The global informal education governance of the G20 mainly focuses on improving modern citizenship through financial education and anti-corruption education, improving human capital through education and skills training, and ensuring gender equality in women’s and girls' education. The approaches adopted include the publication of communiques by the G20 members to promote the process of global education governance and the convening of ministerial meetings. Relevant educational declarations are issued to guide the setting of educational issues in various countries. Peripheral meetings have a positive impact on the global education agenda, reflecting the characteristics of global informal education governance, such as informality, equality, publicity and inclusiveness, and become an important part of global education governance. However, due to the lack of a long-term monitoring and evaluation mechanism, the effectiveness of the global informal education governance of the G20 is still uncertain. With the help of the G20 mechanism, China can actively participate in global informal education governance, and enhance China’s voice and influence in the field of global education governance.
