中文摘要 本文探討108新課綱原住民族教育議題融入之背景、官方文件解讀及實際教學上的原民議題實施策略及思維方式。在背景的部分,原住民族教育全民化的概念逐漸成形,帶動課程設計中應妥適融入原住民族相關議題;在官方文件解讀的部分,《議題融入說明手冊》提供了課程實施的多種策略,有助於教學者運用原住民族教育議題於教學現場之中;在議題實施策略上,本文提出數則原住民族教育之迷思概念供實施教學時進行價值澄清之用。原住民族教育目的應為強調「主體」之概念,而非僅止於課程裡的一項「議題」,然而透過「原住民族教育議題融入課程」的策略,則是可以達成目的的最佳起點。
英文摘要 This article discusses the background of the integration of the Indigenous education issues in the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education, the interpretation of official documents, and the implementation strategies of the Indigenous educational issues in actual teaching. In the background part, the concept of the indigenous education-for-all has gradually taken shape, driving the curriculum design to properly incorporate indigenous education topics; in the part of the interpretation of official documents, the “topic integration instruction manual” provides a variety of curriculum implementations. In terms of topic integration strategies, this article provides a few myths of indigenous education for the purpose of clarifying values when implementing teaching. Indigenous education should emphasize the concept of “subjectivity”, not just an “issue” in the curriculum. However, through the way of “incorporating indigenous education issues into the curriculum” is a the best starting point to achieve this goal.
