中文摘要 明确“双师型”教师应具备的能力素养是建设“双师型”教师队伍的关键。本研究以行为事件访谈法为主,综合运用多种研究方法对“双师型”教师胜任力的内在结构进行了探讨和建构。“双师型”教师胜任力由职业精神、知识素养、资源开发、教学实施、人际管理、自我发展等六个维度构成,包含16项基准性胜任力和8项鉴别性胜任力。从胜任力结构来看,“双师型”教师的认定不仅应关注显性的知识和技能,而且要关注职业认同、自信等隐性胜任力要素;同时应结合专业特点考察“双师型”教师必须具备的胜任力要素。未来研究需要关注不同层次和不同专业的“双师型”教师应具备的胜任力。
英文摘要 The key to the construction of “double qualified” teachers is to clarify the ability and quality of “double qualified” teachers. Based on the behavior event interview method, this paper constructs the competency model of “double qualified” teachers by using a variety of research methods. The competency model of “double qualified” teachers consists of six dimensions: knowledge literacy, resource development, teaching implementation, interpersonal management and self-development, including 16 benchmark competencies and 8 differential competencies. From the perspective of competency framework, the identification of “double qualified” teachers should not only pay attention to the explicit knowledge and skills, but also pay attention to the implicit competencies such as professional identity and sense of responsibility; at the same time, we should investigate the competencies of “double qualified” teachers combined with professional characteristics. Future research needs to pay attention to the competency of “double qualification” teachers of different levels and professions.
