随着新一代信息技术得到应用，教育技术正朝着更加信息化、网络化、智能化的方向发展。该文对西方主要国家教育技术学科专业的课程概况和发展现状进行了梳理探讨，总结了其人才培养“重设计、强应用”等基本特征，以及以“本—硕—博”三级专业教育为主、以继续教育为辅的培养模式，以及本科、硕士、博士三层级人才就业现状；并以佛罗里达州立大学与卡耐基梅隆大学为例，分别阐述了两类典型的教育技术学人才培养案例，以为我国教育技术学的人才培养工作提供参考。

With the wide implementation of information technology, Education Technology (ET) advocate the intelligent development of the education industry. This paper presents the trends and issues of the development of education technology programs in western countries. It discusses the features and structures of ET programs and analyzes the employment status quo and its development tendency. This paper also introduces the details of ET program with the example of Florida State University and Carnegie Mellon University. Understanding the development and the current status of the ET field abroad is of greatly benefit for the field development in China.
