中文摘要 基于系统思维和终身教育的内涵,教育机构间不应割裂存在,不应停留于初步链接,而应追求互联互通。国际终身教育思想的影响、我国教育体系完善的诉求、教育机构关系的内在规定,要求互联互通成为教育机构间关系的发展方向。当前我国教育机构间的现实关系呈现出割裂存在、初步链接和更高层次联通三种状态。教育机构间互联互通关系的建构和发展,需要社会各界、教育研究者、教育实践者及教育决策者秉持互联互通的立场,更新思想观念,加强教育研究,探索教育实践,推进政策落实。
英文摘要 Based on the systematic thinking and the connotation of lifelong education, educational institutions should not be separated from each other, and should not stay at the initial link, but should pursue interconnection and intercommunication. The influence of international lifelong education thoughts, the demands for the improvement of China’s education system, and the internal regulations of the relationship among educational institutions require the interconnection and intercommunication to become the direction of the relationship among educational institutions. At present, there are three realistic relationships among educational institutions, which are separated existence, initial link and higher level interconnection and intercommunication. In order to construct and develop the interconnection and intercommunication among educational institutions, educational researchers, educational practitioners, educational decision makers and all sectors of society should take the position of interconnection and intercommunication, and make corresponding efforts from the aspects of renewing ideas, strengthening educational research, exploring educational practice and promoting policy implementation.
