中文摘要 终身教育、终身学习是社会进步和教育发展的共同要求,中国教育现代化2035提出了“建成服务全民终身学习的现代教育体系”,确立了2035教育现代化的总目标。党的十九届四中全会进一步指出要“构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系”,为迈向第二个百年的中国教育现代化指明了前进方向,也为“十四五”期间的教育发展提出了新的目标任务。联合国教科文组织《反思教育:向“全球共同利益”的理念转变?》报告所提出的“共同利益”理念,强调了新人文主义教育观,对知识和教育进行了重新定义,对传统教育实现了根本超越,启示我们,服务全民终身学习的教育体系构建需要以新人文主义教育观念为指导,采用基于健全的伦理道德和新知识视野的新人文主义的教育方法,建设全社会共同平等参与的教育治理新格局,最终建构起新时代扎根中国大地的中国特色终身教育新体系。
英文摘要 The lifelong education and lifelong learning are mutually required in our social progression and education development. “China Educational Modernization 2035” puts forward to building a modern educational system for our national lifelong learning, and establishes the overall goal of 2035 education modernization. The fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee further proposed to constructing an educational system for our national lifelong learning. This goal has pointed out the way forward for the modernization of China’s education towards the second century and indicated the new target task for the educational development in the 14th five-year plan. At the same time, UNESCO published “Rethinking Education: Towards a Global Common Good?” and proposed the theory of “Common Good”, which emphasizes the new humanism education concept and redefines knowledge and education. It has achieved a fundamental breakthrough in traditional education. The “Common good” inspires us that in constructing the educational system for our national lifelong learning, we need taking the concept of new humanism education as our guide, adopting a new humanistic approach to education based on sound ethics and new knowledge perspective, promoting the formation of a new pattern of educational governance with the participation of the whole society, then focusing on the new lifelong learning system, which has Chinese characteristics of openness, inclusiveness and flexibility.
