中文摘要 随着“第四次工业革命”拉开帷幕,人类模拟自身而发明的人工智能的出现,激发了人类反思和探索人类智能的好奇心。人们发现,工业革命的伟大力量不仅促进了人类改变世界的物质手段的进步,更影响到人类的意识、精神以及外部行为表现。因此,人类必须关注在变化了的新处境中,如何适应环境,塑造自己,从而积极发展。那么,作为人类群体之一的广大教师,自然离不开大环境的影响,教师的生活方式、教学观念、教学行为也必然被打上时代烙印。本研究以社会角色理论框架为依托,分析第四次工业革命时代的教师角色冲突、相关主体视角下的教师角色期望,最终突破角色桎梏,重新审视新时代教师发展的方向。研究发现,只有充分尊重作为个体的教师,才能进一步挖掘教师的主导性,在打破角色窠臼的同时帮助教师实现自我解放与超越。教师只有实现自我解放才有望挣脱工具的束缚,作为真正的教育者培养全面发展的人。
英文摘要 With the opening of the fourth industrial revolution, the emergence of artificial intelligence, which is invented by human beings to simulate themselves, has promoted human reflection and exploration of human intelligence. It has been found that the great power of the industrial revolution has not only made great progress in human material means of changing the world, but also further affected human consciousness, spirit, and external behavior. Therefore, human beings must pay attention to how to adapt to the environment, how to shape themselves, and how to actively develop in the changed new situation. So, as one of the human groups, the majority of teachers, their way of life, teaching concepts, teaching behavior is bound to be branded with the times. Based on the theoretical framework of social role, this paper analyzes the conflict of teachers’ role in the fourth industrial revolution era and the expectation of teachers’ role from the perspective of relevant subjects, and finally realizes to step down and break through the role, and re-examines the development direction of teachers in the new era. In fact, only by fully respecting teachers as individuals can we further tap teachers ’ dominance and help teachers achieve self-liberation and transcendence while breaking the stereotype of roles. Only teachers who achieve self-liberation are expected to break away from the shackles of tools and cultivate all-round development as real educators.
