中文摘要 学校是一种组织,具有社会属性,区别于作为实践活动的教育。学校教育只是教育活动中相对于家庭教育、社会教育的一种形态。学校功能具有多样性。从层次上看,学校具有个体发展、组织实现、区域贡等献三大功能,其中,教育功能是学校的固有功能和主体功能,被学校所重视和珍视。但是必须警惕学校和学校教育“万能”的误区,且宜将“有无意义”而非“有无用处”作为学校功能的价值判定标准,并在理论表述和实践操作中明确区分教育问题、学校问题、学校功能问题与学校教育功能问题,明晰究竟是哪个层级、哪个环节、哪种功能出现了何种问题,才能真正解决问题,从而促进学校和学校教育的发展。
英文摘要 School is an organization with social attributes, which is different from education as an activity. School education is only a form of education activities relative to family education and social education. School functions are diverse at three levels: individual development, organizational realization and regional contribution. Among them, the education function is the inherent and main function of the school, which is emphasized and valued by the school. However, we should avoid the misconception of the ^omnipotence# of schools and return to the functions of schools themselves. We should take “meaningfulness” rather than “usage” as the criterion for the value of school functions. We need to clearly distinguish the problem of education, the problem of schools, the problem of school functions and the problem of the educational function of schools in theoretical expressions and practical operations. We need to figure out at which level, which link, and which function appeared what problems, so as to truly solve the problems and promote the development of schools and education.
