中文摘要 評鑑有助於學校辦學品質的維持與提升,自我評鑑能為學校帶來文化的改變,引起教師對校務的關注及參與,且有助於引導學校的發展與改變,但目前之研究缺乏提供學校自我評鑑能力建立的實徵性指標研究。學校的成功取決於校長的領導力,校長如何協助教師建立自我評鑑能力,藉以促動學校自發性的不斷成長精進,並營造組織學習氛圍與教師共同學習,此乃本研究之旨趣。本文分由以下數項論述:從評鑑學術論點跨越到實務實踐歷程的評鑑能力建立;自我評鑑能力建立的重要模式、內涵與效益;組織學習與自我評鑑能力建立之相互加值;校長在建立學校自我評鑑能力的角色分析與做法;自我評鑑能力建立的實徵分析;最後並提出本研究之結論與建議。
英文摘要 Evaluation can help maintain and enhance school quality and self-evaluation can bring the change of school culture, arouse teachers’ awareness and participation in school business, and lead development and change of the school; however, the empirical researches in the domestic are of lack. The success of school lies in the principals’ leadership, and thus the purpose of this study focus on how the principal helps teachers build self-evaluation capacity to continuously prompt the staffs’ growth and build the organizational learning atmosphere as well as learning with teachers. This study includes: the building of evaluation capacity from the theoretical views to empirical practice, the important model, content and efficiency; mutual benefits of organizational learning and self-evaluation capacity building, the analysis of principals’ role in school self-evaluation capacity building, and the empirical analysis of self-evaluation capacity building. At last, the conclusion and suggestions are provided in this study.
