中文摘要 2022年2月,教育部发布的《教育部2022年工作要点》提出实施教育数字化战略行动,加快教育 数字化转型和智能升级。推动教育新基建,是实现教育数字化转型的重要牵引。本研究从新网络(为教育数字 化转型建设基座)、新校园(为公平优质校园再造环境)、新平台(为教育融合创新铺路搭桥)、新资源(为深度学 习体验提供支持)、新应用(为教育数字化转型积极行动)、新安全(为教育绿色韧性发展护航)六方面阐释了教 育新基建对教育数字化转型的需求,并提出相应的行动建议,以期为教育新基建赋能教育数字化转型提供理论 支撑和方法指导。
英文摘要 In February 2022, the Ministry of Education issued its key initiatives in 2022, proposing strategic actions to accelerate the transformation and intelligent upgrading of educational digitization. Promoting the new educational infrastructure is crucial to realizing the digital educational transformation. The research explains the demand analysis of the new infrastructure of education on the digital educational transformation from six aspects: new network(build a foundation for digital education transformation), new campus(revitalize the environment for fair and quality schools), new platform(pave the way for education integration and innovation), new resources(provide support for deep learning experiences), new application(take positive actions for the digital transformation of education) and new security(escort the development of green resilience in education), and puts forward corresponding action suggestions, in order to provide further theoretical support and methodological guidance for the new infrastructure of education to enable the digital transformation of education.
