中文摘要 2020年初,中国大范围爆发新型冠状病毒肺炎,教育部要求高等教育开展在线教学,并要求达到“停课不停教、停课不停学”和“实质等效”的目标。作为高等教育的重要组成部分,成人高等教育也在大规模采用在线教学的方式进行授课。该文基于博瑞.霍姆伯格“学生自主和个性化学习”“有指导性的教学会谈”的远程教育思想和他关于“课程设计开发以及学习支持服务”的论述,分析成人高等教育在线教学实践的现状及认识误区,提出疫情期间成人高等教育的教学实践路径及未来发展的策略:转变教育理念;提高学习资料与支助服务两大功能要素的质量;促进学生、教师与教育管理机构三大主体的教学交互。
英文摘要 Due to the large-scale epidemic caused by COVID-19 early in 2020, the Ministry of Education issued a notice of online teaching and learning, demanding that higher education school should organize online classes and that the quality should be equal to classroom teaching. As an important part of higher education, many of adult higher educational institutions organize online classes. Based on Holmberg’s distance education thoughts of initiative and individuation of learning, Guided Didactic Conversation and his discourse on course design development and learning support services, the paper analyzes status and misunderstandings of online teaching for adult higher education. Finally, the paper puts forward the teaching practice approach during the epidemic and development strategy of adult higher education in the future: transforming into educational ideas of “student-centered”, improving the quality of two major functional elements of learning materials and support services, promoting teaching interaction among the three main bodies of students, teachers and management.
