中文摘要 随着双创教育的深入发展,双创教师的教育能力必将持续进行提升。当前对教师双创能力的研究多从宏观入手探究师资队伍建设的影响因素,而较少关注教师自身双创教育能力的改进。该研究从对双创教师教育能力的界定入手,通过问卷调查的方式对全国各省596所高校的双创教师的双创教育能力和提升要素进行调研,而后通过多元回归分析对数据进行处理,得到关于教师双创教育能力提升的回归模型。从中发现创新创业培训、师生合作创新、激励制度保障、双创氛围营造等要素对双创教师能力提升有着重要作用,并据此提出相对应的提升教师双创能力的建议。
英文摘要 With the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the educational ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers will continue to improve. At present, researches on teachers’ capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship mainly focus on the factors influencing the construction of teaching staff from a macro perspective, but pay less attention to the improvement of teachers’ capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship. Starting with the definition of the educational ability of teachers engaged in mass innovation and entrepreneurship, this study investigated the educational ability and promotion factors of teachers engaged in mass innovation and entrepreneurship in 596 colleges and universities across the country by means of investigation, and then processed the data through multiple regression analysis to obtain a regression model for the improvement of teachers’ educational ability for mass innovation and entrepreneurship. It is found that innovation and entrepreneurship training, teacher-student cooperative innovation, incentive system guarantee and entrepreneurship atmosphere construction play an important role in the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers’ ability, and accordingly puts forward corresponding Suggestions to improve teachers’ entrepreneurship ability.
