This paper aims to analyze the seven strategies of competencies-oriented school culture creation. Firstly, the importance of competencies-oriented school culture creation was analyzed. Secondly, the relevant concepts of core competencies-oriented school culture creation was clarified. Lastly, the related theories, problems and proposing strategies were discussed to solve the problems of competencies-oriented school culture creation.
